Wakati Trust is a non governmental organisation that empowers children, women and the youth in all spheres through different projects.It focuses on poverty alleviation, livelihood development, EDUCATION, community health care, children , women and gender, human rights and youth empowerment.
Wakati Trust strongly believes in Mahatma Ghandi’s quote which says “BE THE CHANGE THAT YOU WANT TO SEE IN THE WORLD.” We are tired of • Poverty • POOR sanitation • Gender based violence • early child marriages amongst other hence we are doing something about it NOW.
Wakati simply means IT IS TIME…….and the time is now to step out and make things right. We cannot do it alone, we need YOU, YES YOU on board.Let us light global generations together.
